• Leasing Term is 12 months (shorter leases may be approved with a modified rate schedule.)

• Application Fee is Waived
• Pet Deposit is $250.00 (Payment plan can be applied with two or payments with a total applied at $300.00)
• Dogs are welcome with a pet rent of $25.00 each month

Leasing Requirements:

• Verifiable Rental History (co-signers are welcome, with no history)
• Verifiable employment or income verification via bank statements.
• Stable personal references.
